DNP just arrived stacking it with reta and T3. One of the most common sides is that people get shit sleep on it and struggle to fall asleep. Is that due to the heat or actually struggling to sleep. I’ll be sleeping with my fan on at level 7 as well as some melatonin (20mg).

but if you want to make it better

  • Cool environment: Cold room + fan (as you mentioned). Some even use ice packs on the feet or under the pillow to help manage heat.
  • Melatonin: 20mg is a very high dose — more isn’t always better. Try lowering to 3–5 mg to avoid grogginess or paradoxical wakefulness.
  • Magnesium glycinate: 200–400 mg before bed can aid sleep and muscle relaxation.
  • Electrolytes: Take a mix of sodium, potassium, and magnesium — helps with night sweats and nerve function.
  • Ashwagandha or L-theanine: Can blunt the "wired" overstimulation without suppressing fat loss.


    If your core temperature hits 104°F+ (40°C) your in danger of heat stroke and death jfl, even if you feel fine. This is how DNP kills

thanks GPT, alr know 20mg is a bit overkill but 5 grams does almost nothing for me. I’ll just split the pill into half for 10mg.

oh if your talking about why it’s cut open just to test what’s inside. It has to look like DNP and also to do the microwave test to see if it actually explodes.

i was joking lol. how much did it cost btw + jus get around 400mg maybe even 600mg of magnesium in daily depending on ur size and youll be fine
