get to 12% bf and then see how your face and body looks. below 10% is hard af to maintain unless you're a pro athlete or naturally skinny

but 2000cals should be good to lose 2 lbs a week if you're lifting+averageweight+running

2 months? impossible. you might be confused on what bf% look/are
