Day 1: chest triceps/shoudlers
Day 2: back/biceps
Day3 : legs/abs
Day 4 arms/shoudlers
Day 5: chest/back
I’ve been running ppl for 6 months and this current one I’m doing is alot more fun and a bit more advanced. Is this a good split ?
