it looks too narrow but it might just be in the photo, if you want to be sure and follow your progress bite down on something kinda elastic that leaves an imprint of your upper teeth and measure the distance between your fourth teeth - if it less than 32mm its narrow.
Also. you shoudn't mew in this state
