I am 14 at 5'6 and I'm trying to get taller ASAP...
I've been eating hella good (spamming ground beef, eggs, raw cheese, rice, and coconuts (every day).
I also sprint on the weekends (typically mornings), on the grass (barefoot) out in the sun, as apparently it increases HGH. Right after sprinting, I spike my insulin with either coconut water, yogurt bowls with fruits and raw honey, etc.—healthy sugars.
Is this cope, or shld i keep going?
