Is there a surgery that makes your jaw deepr- how much des it cost?

I am looking for a surgeon who puts a plate under my jaw, so it gets deeper. What is this surgery called and how much does it cost? All I could find are surgeries that make your jaw/chin either more forward or backward. Is there any surgeon who is specialized in this nearby Germany? I gooled jawimplants (Unterkieferimplantate) but only could find some procedures about teeths.
