Face can’t be changed as much as you think, mine anyway. I’ve talked to 4 surgeons. I have a strong but feminine jaw. Implants always have a risk of infection years later. It’s always easier to add then to reduce. Plus it’s the face the girl kisses. My dick isn’t great but surprisingly ok (some porn stars say they want minimum 7 inch, others minimum 6 inches).
