Face can’t be changed as much as you think, mine anyway. I’ve talked to 4 surgeons. I have a strong but feminine jaw. Implants always have a risk of infection years later. It’s always easier to add then to reduce. Plus it’s the face the girl kisses. My dick isn’t great but surprisingly ok (some porn stars say they want minimum 7 inch, others minimum 6 inches). I hate to admit it… it’s probably not as bad as you imagine, but it’s much more noticeable than in other people and especially on photos (one eye smaller; lower down; deeper set in skull; and different slant). It even said it in a 2012 paediatrician medical report: I have uncorrectable orbital assymetry plus facial asymmetry. My insurance company won’t pay for any procedures as I’m apparently not ugly enough and my face/jaw/bite all function properly. I also have excellent eye sight. I just look very strange
