With some neck at home
 
It's a trash workout plan, only 9 sets of chest exersises per week and some back muscles don't get trained at all. Don't use that.

yeah not enough pressing ngl

I recommend a novice get their novice phase done as fast as possible with 5x5 type program then move to concurrent periodisation.

Looks like a shitty cookie cutter routine with no programming involved but most routines can work somewhat depending on your nutrition.It also depends on how MUCH muscle you have.Are you a noobie or intermediate lifter?

Noobie like 6 months i Just want to cut to And maintgain from there
 
It's not enough weekly volume for any physique goals. Also keeping your protein high during a cut is critical.
