Machine Row
Lat pulldown machine
cable lateral raise
pec dec fly
Preacher curl machine
Carter extension or tricep extension cable
Rear delt cable fly
Shoulder press

is there any excersizes i need to add or remove? 2 sets for each probably
 
this is my upper day i already have a lower day which i know is optimal this is just for upper day
 
Tbh the types of exercises you do make minimal difference

it's pretty good
 
lateral raises and shoulder press in same workout bro ur gonna just die from the fatigue atp
 
still same muscle 4 times in a workout def not optimal
 
18 sets in a single workout :feelswhy:
