Im going gym since more than half a year and havent made any significant progress, im genuinely raging and wanna take anything just to build muscle as long as it doesnt fucking kill me 10 years earlier. I was thinking of Cycling

Eggs, Milk, Fat Free Yogurt, Chicken / Beef, Whey as my protein sources

Potatos, Sourdough Bread, Rice, Oats, Rice Krispies (nearly 0 fat) as my carb sources

Olive Oil if something needs oil

Everything that needs milk, in skimmed or semi skimmed milk

For junk food, I go for Ice Cream mostly since it’s still basically milk, sugar and eggs primarily

Orange Juice during every workout

It showed that in a 10 week time span, they gained xyz lean muscle

Lean muscle includes glycogen and water and nitrogen

Taking gear will increase that drastically in a short period of time

But once you hop off or reduce the dose, it mostly goes away

Truthfully, gear works as an amplifier of already good nutrition and training

But I do think that Tren is absolutely awful. I would never use that. @Goyr67aper Trenbolone was literally made for cattle. It was not made for humans. It was made so that farmers could mature their cattle faster and sell them. Why don't you run something like Test or Nandrolone year round which we have hundreds of human studies for?

The side effects aren’t a huge issue tbh
The main problem is basically how im gonna handle the aromatisation (AIs are pretty untrustworthy) but also other things like Blood pressure, possible brain damage, Infertility, what im gonna do after cycle since test production shuts down
