I don't imagine its that high, lefort 2 and 3 are way higher than lefort 1 because it exposes some of the brain and the surgeon might drop a nugget in there or sum idk

I think it is mostly genetic, but not eating certainly wouldn't have helped your skull development, or any bodily development for that matter.

if you are getting lefort 3, make sure u dont get it in a shithole 3rd world country, make sure the surgeon has good reputation and good before and afters and has had some/much experience doing lefort 3. also u got a recessed nasal bridge so u probably need some sort of rhinoplasty after lefort. i legit dont know if i would do it cause risks are noticable higher for lefort 3 than for bimax for example. but ngl, in thailand your competetion is not that high, so u might still get a decent looking girl even without this surgery. but if the recessed maxilla gives u health problems, like sleep apnea or difficulty breathing, then maybe it would be justifable.
