OP should at least attempt to lose weight to see if he has a face buried underneath that fat. Otherwise he just might be too old at this point or not have the facial genetics.
I have battled with weight for many years so I understand the struggle. It's not always about calories in, calories out. Some of us have shitty hormonal profiles. I had bloodwork done and was found to be low T. My endocrinologist told me at 26-27 years old that I have the T levels of a 90 year old man. They gave me 1mg Androgel (to be taken daily). It didn't work. Endocrinologist refused to give me something real like Test E. I would have to buy that shit off a black market site in order to cure my low T problem. I am currently trying .25mg Cabergoline 2x a week to see if lowering my prolactin levels and raising my dopamine levels will help.
Right now when lifting weights I find it hard to gain muscle mass % (I use an electronic scale to measure that). I actually have an easier time losing body fat %. My hormonal profile is completely fucked. But my Chink said that she likes my hair. So I have to be careful that I don't take anything that causes hair loss.

I still have a good looking face at like 23% body fat (even when I was at 28% body fat I was attracting women, including Yogapants). But if I got my body fat % down to something reasonable, my face would improve even more so.

Recently after I started dating the Chink, I started getting comfortable and slacking off with my diet more. Went back to eating pizza, ice cream, Little Debbie oatmeal creme pies, Pocky, pop tarts, toaster strudel, etc. (I typically lift 3-4x a week still though). Once my pantry and fridge are empty, I'm going to have to do a popcorn diet (either natural or lightly buttered) to try to lose weight and pray that the Cabergoline helps me lose weight. If not I might need to inject Test E and pray it doesn't cause hair loss.

You should get one of those electronic scales that measure body fat % just to see where your body fat % is at. BMI is not a very good measure for men. I went from 27.6% body fat to like 23% body fat at the same weight just by lifting weights regularly. And if you looked at me in person it looked like I lost weight when I really didn't. I just lost body fat and gained muscle and water weight. I think your body retains more water when you lose body fat % or gain muscle mass %.

My waist has went down from 38-40 inches to about 36. I still have a way to go, though. My weight should be 195 with my height. I'm aiming for like 185.
