Bro the only explanation I can think of is your mouth is not used to stretching. Try stretching to your limit using your mouth for a little bit then try putting the appliance on.

It was like 7 dollars. The material is PLA, the guy said he would print with this material and i said fine because i don’t know this stuff. It’s pretty harsh on the mouth, but that wouldn’t be a problem i can just put cottons in the sides.

ABS is a stronger material? I will give it a try again, this time with 8 cm the smallest one. I was almost being able to fit the 8.5 but the thing broke.

Yes might be more expensive. My mouth used to be 41mm, now its 45mm.

yes its noticeable. your mouth will keep increasing width with time. takes a while tho. been using it for 1.5 months. 6h+ per day (I sleep with it) no I dont take breaks unless my mouth corners are hurt
