Just these few body traits can prove that your T levels are low:


Cellulite - This usually only affects women, and usually older foids, mostly. Cellulite affects less than 10% of men, and less than 1% of young men. If you are a young man with Cellulite, this is a sign of extremely low testosterone or klinefelters syndrome. Even most obese guys don't really have Cellulite, hence why you have to have extremely low t levels.


Stretch marks - Some stretch mark in men is normal, like from big bulks. However if you are very prone to stretch marks, and have a lot of them, this could be indicative of low testosterone.



Erections - If you are struggling with erections, especially first thing in the morning, then testoserone is low


Shitty fat distributions - fat, especially a lot of it in the thighs and buttocks, is a telltale sign of low t.


Brainfog - low t levels, especially extremely low can literally make you retarded af. You won't be able to educate yourself, and will struggle a lot with word comprehension and retaining information.



I have literally all of these signs, including the cellulite. Wouldn't wish extremely low t levels on my worst enemies. You can't ever feel comfortable with extremely low T or klinefelters as a man.

tank your T for a few days (no sleep, starve, etc.) and go to doc get tested and perscribed TRT for life

Yeah my t levels are extremely low. I can't learn shit, and I get stretch marks from losing the slightest bit of weight.

Compare yourself with other male members of your family (dad, uncles, grandpa, etc.) to see if low T is a genetic thing or not. Otherwise its due to lifestyle factors or something is seriously wrong with your body. Also, if you have male relatives that are high T try to ask about/copy what they do because it could prob work for your genetics as well

I store a lot of fat in my legs and also have cellulite. People on this forum suspect me as having klinefelters syndrome (which is rare, affecting 1 in 1000). The way I feel physically is uncomfortable as hell. I would do anything for a healthier body.

Well I store in my belly too as my waist is 40 inches and I'm ectomorph which makes it worse, but I also store a lot in my legs.

Stretch marks are quire common, but if you are prone to them then that could signalise an underlying issue.

This is literally good fat distribution, storing it in your face, stomach, and love handles infinitely worse.

I store loads of fat in my legs, belly, love handles and face.
