should i run 9000 ui d3, 100mcg k2 and 600mg calcium per day? im 17

i fear for my kidneys
i got two supplements:
one with 100mcg k2 and 5000ui d3
and the other with 4000ui d3 and 600mg calcium
the d3 is to move the calcium to the bones and the k2 helps it, but idk if i should take both supplements daily or one day one and the other day the other one yk like a cycle, what do u think? bcs k2 is essential so my kidneys are not affected

if we say "kids" what age are we refering to? because im still in puberty (17) i get taller everyday
Im talking about pre-puberty kids
I read a research that shows K2 effectiveness only during early development stages

Not sure about that tho

Nowadays almost everyone has a vitamin D deficiency so its not bad to "overdose" to make up for it, but I would recommend you take 5000 ui first, that should actually be enough without any thinking

yes but what does 5000 ui and 100mcg of k2 do if i dont consume enough calcium lol, i dont like milk because it gives me acne
 
all my bloodworks were good for now, i only got more red blood cells than needed, but everything else normal, i mean im gonna do a bloodwork now and calcium test
just take all 3 bro it wont do anything negative

Most of the time you already consume enough calcium through a good and balanced diet. An even higher dosage through supplements should not be necessary, so in any case no overdose, it doesn't help

yeah supplementing calcium isnt all that necessary because compared to other shit its pretty easy to get through food so just track consumption throughout the day and supplement at night if u didnt reach ur calcium goal
