Indian curry at my work has grown at least an inch this year and still growing, I see him every two weeks and he looks taller. He's 20 turning 21 soon so there's hope. From what I know he eats and sleeps a lot and casually plays basketball. He looks young tho for his age

I'm 22 and stopped growing at like 15. It's over

I grew around 3cm from age 18 to age 20-21, it's not much but it's still some growth.
I was a late bloomer all around though.
