Every week I see my face getting slimmer , hollow cheeks more obvious in backlighting , jaw angle more defined etc. food tastes like nectar

When I was gymcelling I was a miserable bloated subhuman bluepilled and gobbling down food I didn’t even enjoy just to not miss out on muh gains.

Dopamine from one week of fat loss >>>> dopamine from getting slightly more definition after 2 months of pumping iron like a monkey

Fuck gym. Ideal body until 30 is this. Building muscle slowly and also improving athleticism mogs bulk and cut to suicide , if you can’t slay with this physique ( which is also ideal until 30) you’re trash

and once you're 30 you'll regret it because you spend the most anabolic years of your life being skinny, and now have to make up for it by either taking hormones or working ten times as hard.

Kinda true but 30 is still youngish id say 40 and above is more realistic.

Who cares ideal is still brad pitt fight club. He got that physique at 36. Mass monsters are overrated and don’t look aesthetic. Hercules look is gay Apollonian peracles look is most aesthetic

I think muscle density and maturity has been proven to be optimal about 40 years of age. Saying that: if you start training at 39 you'll still look like shit. But yeah - great progress can be made in your 30s and 40's. OP is just ignorant in terms of protocols and compounds to use. Either carbing up and using water retention cycles. Needs to learn how to structure his protocol and nutrition. Thinks looking like a twink is a long term solution. Ends up looking like an Auschwitzmaxx/AIDSmaxx fag instead. It's OK being skinny in your teens but looking like a heroin user is not really good for a man.

If you don’t workout, you are probably physically weak and afraid of physical confrontations with stronger men. Even if you don’t feel weak, you will learn it after overestimating yourself in the wrong situation.
Yes, you look more handsome, but that’s all. You will pay with your masculinity though

he build most of his base in his 20's, he didn't start as a skinny guy that never touched weights for that role.

I know, but you're also never going to look like that naturally so you don't have to worry about accidentally becoming schwarzenegger.

I do workout but only once a week and no bulking . Lean takes priority

If you don’t want to get too big but gain strength, you need to workout with your own body, like push ups and pull ups etc.. but it’s a secret, don’t tell anybody
