Right now, you're at the perfect body fat percentage as a natty. Getting any lower doesn't make sense and if you want to do it usually just means you're just overthinking it. So as far as losing more fat, maybe a little so it gives you some room to get back up to a maintance weight (or around there) and gives you room to gain a little fat back and be okay. But as you are now, as a natty there's no point in being leaner. Sure your abs may pop more at a lower bf, but at that point you would be so low energy, so hungry all the time, and it would be too hard to maintain. Your already ripped

If your abs don't feel like they are where they should be, it's cause you don't have strong enough abs and you need to work them more. So do a crap ton of abdominal work outs for 6 months or so. Before that lose a bit more fat for some buffer room like I said, but then you can eat regularly and do a crap ton of abs and you will be where you wanna be
