Do this always. Fix your sitting posture. Get a better chair, adjust the distance to the screen and the height of the screen so you aren't nerdnecking it.

Also start going to the gym. Gain muscle. You look scrawny. Very redpilled advice, but your face isn't going to carry you, so you have to make your body carry your face.
