Liplift Needed after CCW/impaction trimax?

Would ccw trimax/impaction(got slight gummy smile) increase midface ratio slightly/decrease philtrum length? Or would a liplift be needed afterwards? Retraction + extraction at a 13 1/2 led to my midface ratio going from 1.0 to around 0.97-0.98 which effects my harmony pretty significantly as my philtrum was already long prior and just got longer after treatment, stacked with recessed upper maxilla isn't very pleasant. Trying to restore what I would've looked like thats all not trying to look like a model, appreciate yall

Bump, I assume I'd just reduce the perceived philtrum length, but not effect the actual midface ratio itself. But not 100% sure as everyone has different opinions on this matter

Last bump, remeasured midface ratio is at around 0.97, and I don't think I'm able to get a lip lift as that'll make my lips unproportional, am i forced to live with it now? or would my ccw trimax help a bit? Trying to get back my youthful look, and get rid of the downgrown typa look caused by my dumbass who ortho cucked me. any input would mean the world, im not sure to what extent downgrowth could be fixed. It sounds like im overally complaining, but it just hurts knowing i had my old face a couple years ago and it all just got taken away in the matter of years unknowing if its possible to even revert even with something like jaw surgery.
