Great for triceps and chest. Like that’s enough to actually build muscle daily only if you don’t go gym. Remember at least have a dumbbell for your shoulders

Just finished the 100/100 Squats, so just have 100 situps left and maybe 50 more dumbbell exercises, it's getting late though and I am tired, I can definitely do 100 situps, but this is way more of an extra workout than I have done in awhile, of course I will try and make this is a consistent flow, I made extensive progress today regardless.

Well it's been awhile since I did this fully, but we did it again, the almost entire 1 punch man workout
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats

Only thing I haven't done is the 10km (6.21 mile run), I used to bike around 10 miles back and forth to work a few years back but 6.21 running miles = around 20 miles biking, which is fucking insane and takes so much time.

I can probably go higher than 50/100 Dumbbell Exercises but I am pretty tired, fuck it i'll try and crank out as much as I can 1 last time, but after i'm done with that i'm heading straight to bed, i'm sure it'll all be easier tomorrow as usual.

Ideally my workout would look like this:

100 Pushups
100 Squats
100 Situps
100 Dumbell Exercise Reps (include curls and overhead presses in 1 rep)
100 Pullups
100 Chinups
30 Minutes Cardio

If I can achieve this I will have peak physique and energy.

Gonna try and roll these out faster than yesterday. We'll see, starting with pushups again, dumbbell exercise gonna be last, and will mix in squats along the way.
 
Always some random fucking problem, been in a neck brace since a couple days ago, went to go do pushups right now, random ass sharp pain in my left hand, I don't fucking get why my body gets so fucked up sometimes man.

Me omw to have problems breathing somehow out of fucking nowhere after 40 pushups when I did all 4 of these workouts yesterday, relatively fine, like fucking what is going on? I'm still gonna do it but still, lmao, my body literally tries to cope.

It already is over for me though in some ways, even if I had a harem of trad virgin variety stacies who all loved me I wouldn't be happy.

Holy fucking shit idk what just happened but I tried doing another 20 pushups right, and it like hit on my muscles so goddamn hard it was actually like insane, idk bruh, my body is fucking wild, idk what the fuck is going on. Only was able to do another 10 right there, I did them speedily but even so.
