At one go how many pushups can u do?
In one set if I push through it I can do 40-45, but I usually only try and do 20 at once, I only end up doing less than 20 at once if something is wrong. Like right now I have been in a neck brace for almost a week, still trying to push through workouts.

Been fasting for 2 days so only managed 25 squats, but I think i'm gonna focus up on squats only because I feel my legs getting a tad bit weak.

Didn't eat anything again today so third day of the fast, not as bad as many other third days, what's weird is that I feel like I have to take a shit right now, but idk how that's possible, I didn't shit yesterday, it must be clogged up or something maybe, feel weird internally, but not in a bad way, just feels weird.

Did not have to take a shit, false flag, somehow after I left the bathroom I gained a pound though, no way that was water weight, idek, what the fuck, maybe my scale is broken.
 
It's genuinely really bizarre the feelings you get when you fast, like I want to eat, but I don't feel hungry if that makes sense? This is genuinely the best third day I have ever had fasting, every third day I have had fasting has been genuinely so fucking psychopathic, it's like you start going crazy, but this really aint that bad.
 
So yunno I try and do some exercises and shit when I fast to maintain my muscles and shit, been doing pushups, squats, even some dumbbell exercises during the fast.

Bruh just did 10 pushups right now, almost passed out and couldn't control my laughter, holy fuck, Joker Mode, lmaoo
 
On day 4 of the fast, literally just walked out of my room, normal style, and hurt my left foot, jfl, wtf.
 
I did stop fasting today, so I am gonna focus up and workout way more than when I was fasting, but I will try and get back into fasting again, this was a spontaneous fast unlike my last one anyways.

So now I only have 35 pushups to go, and 60 arm exercises, I think I found my beat, and I think it's really good and healthy, I splurged on eating today, and it wasn't even much food, was around 2000 calories, I have lost 7 pounds in 4 days, not waterweight, by fasting and working out.

I think I like this flow, of a 3 day fast, then a 1 day splurge, and a full workout during that day, I think if I keep this up, i'll look around 10 pounds a week, which considering where i'm at now, isn't high up in weight at all anymore, this should be good for me, it'll allow me to gain and maintain my muscles, and energy and get lean before the summer is over, which is fantastic because when the summer is over, i'll be able to focus up on other aspects of life finally and once and for all.

I finally fucking found my flow, and i'm happy about this, I genuinely don't think there's anything wrong with eating once every 3 days, I have never felt better.

What's genuinely crazy is that I ate a decent amount today and I am dreading not eating whenever I wake up, like i'm pre-starving somehow, idek how.
 
Well GG, it's all done, bloated up, bulked up. Can't really do anymore arm exercises today but i'll make up for it while i'm fasting, focus on that, going to sleep, and then it's time for another 3 days of fasting. Should be fun, I have vitamins, and some other shit, i'll be working out.
