Came down from 23.5 to 18.9 and since the Ive lost like 1.5kg but my body fat seems to be the same. I’m using the most basic method available online that measures neck, waist etc.
Should I increase calories or should I try to eat more protein. I’d be around 0.8g/lb right now although on some days I am lower.
