lost 2% body fat in 4 weeks

yeah so i kinda did that. i'm now at 15.5% bf

gotta get to 10% in like 4 weeks, idc about muscle loss tbh, but i'mma up my protein from 70 grams to 120-140 grams now otherwise fat loss will suffer
i wasn't very consistent with the deficit but now i'll be hella consistent and will do 1500 deficit instead of 700-1000 deficit. and won't eat any carbs from now tbh, i kinda hate my body tbh.

i look like a twing tho, i'm 6'1 and 70.3 kgs at 15.5% rn lol

just worried about my exams tho, i have them from 21st oct to 28th oct

is there something i can use to increase my energy expenditure? i just go gym 5x a week.
thinking of taking caffeine 300mg per day tbh

my college hostel doesn't have fridge to buy bulk and buying single will cost a ton because of shipping

is there some oral stuff or maybe something else which isn't expensive and can be bought from phramcy maybe? (i don't wanna appetite suppress btw i love to starve myself)
