Magnesium + potassium supplements

Anyone taking this currently? I found this on amazon. Here and was wondering if it is good. If it is not anyone else have a link on amazon to a better magnesium + potassium supplement. Thanks.

I don't think that your body absorbs artificial minerals as well as the actual foods they are in

I still take a potassium tablet every morning, seems to slightly help with bloat but not as much as regular foods like banana

It’s the only company I’ve found that doesn’t give me an upset stomach or weird aftertaste during the day
I guess it doesn’t matter if you’re not sensitive like me

If it gives you an upset stomach maybe you should try buying each thing individually and taking them throughout the day instead of all at once
