Manpen on eyelashes - am I retarded?

I started using a manpen on my eyelashes to ascend my eye area and recently I havent been getting the same results as when I first started applying it. I was meant to properly dye my eyelashes and eyebrows but never got round to it.

Could the manpen have ruined my lashes and messed with the density?

Am I retarded?
