something along those lines, I have to consult with my surgeon and see what he thinks but i need a lot of projection in my maxilla, every thing else is pretty good tbh nothing majorly recessed besides it

I would do the marpe and the normal lefort

forgot to mention, you would still need a midface projection through implants btw
