Meditation for anxiety

I just tried meditating for the first time and it helped stop the racing thoughts. Just breathe deeply and clear your mind, try to focus on just your breathing and don't let thoughts form.

It helped because you believed it'll help. Also, you only treated it acutely. Anxiety is a chronic thing.
