Your narrow pallete and fucked up dental occlusion isn't a result from you not mewing as a child let alone througout your teens and adult years . It's from your genetics and causing your jaw and permenant teeth to grow at a steep and narrow angle. And possibly not having orthodntics at an early enough age to do some level of correction before you're about mid-way through puberty.
