modified lefort 3 is a meme, it doesn't bring nose forward. Lefort 1 with custom implants has made lefort 3 redundantill still be incel this is why i need a modified lefort 3 to save me
In the case of someone with an underbite and flat zygos/malar etc, would you get quadrangular lefort 1 and infraorbital+malar implants?modified lefort 3 is a meme, it doesn't bring nose forward. Lefort 1 with custom implants has made lefort 3 redundant
agree but it probably looks better in motion compared to beforeBarely noticeable difference tbh
Maybe, but is it worth the money? I dont think soagree but it probably looks better in motion compared to before
That was not the main point of the bimax, just a side effectMaybe, but is it worth the money? I dont think so
Does bimaxxing worth it?That was not the main point of the bimax, just a side effect
for me yesDoes bimaxxing worth it?
I am swollen but the position of the nose will not change according to my surgeon, you can feel the bone is effectively flush with the soft tissueIs that not swelling still?
LOL, thanks for the compliment but I disagreeOp is very high iq, rich and now chad
That’s a good change then, I think it would actually be more noticeable irl than what the pics may indicateI am swollen but the position of the nose will not change according to my surgeon, you can feel the bone is effectively flush with the soft tissue
first pic, left is after, right before? is the before pic without infra implants? and what are your lefort movements?I thought this might be interesting to some of you.
third pic is a line indicating the position of the cut with soft tissue overlay
yes, triangle got bigger. 4mm maxilla movement with slight CCW (i think it was like 1 degree).first pic, left is after, right before? is the before pic without infra implants? and what are your lefort movements?
i was moreso looking at your undereye. it seems to have slightly improved, but maybe its just lightingyes, triangle got bigger. 4mm maxilla movement with slight CCW (i think it was like 1 degree).
No, this is with the infraorbital implants, but I dont see how that would affect nose.
too swolleni was moreso looking at your undereye. it seems to have slightly improved, but maybe its just lighting
Bro I cracked up jahahahaOp is very high iq, rich and now chad
If it's for free then it's worth the money (insurance)Maybe, but is it worth the money? I dont think so
have you heard of anyone getting bimax or any jaw surgery on UK insurance? in if soIf it's for free then it's worth the money (insurance)
Not on UK insurance, but I imagine they would probably fund it if you can prove sleep apnea. I know that you can get it on NHS if it's bad enough (even with no health problems) as I've had a consult for ithave you heard of anyone getting bimax or any jaw surgery on UK insurance? in if so
No, and I wouldn't go to some no-name surgeon eitherhave you heard of anyone getting bimax or any jaw surgery on UK insurance? in if so
Cope if you're legit deformed especially class 3 any sort of advancement would increase your quality of life which is the only time you should get bimaxNo, and I wouldn't go to some no-name surgeon either
are you seriously gatekeeping bimaxesCope if you're legit deformed especially class 3 any sort of advancement would increase your quality of life which is the only time you should get bimax
tbh yes. enjoy wasting 30-40k+ on an osteotomy that's used to correct skeletal deficiencies when implants would be far better for youare you seriously gatekeeping bimaxes![]()
not worth getting botched imo, i kinda like my nose and I was only considering it because its objectively a 'failo'View attachment 2151703you wanted to do a rhino right? It would probably improve you but not by a lot. My nose is identical to yours and im also on the fence about rhino.
what was the outcome of your consult? Also aren't lead times to see an ETN over a year post pandemic? Honestly NHS is a sham give us private healthcare that works alreadyNot on UK insurance, but I imagine they would probably fund it if you can prove sleep apnea. Most people have SOME skeletal deficiency and would benefit from bimax. I was technically recessed beforetbh yes. enjoy wasting 30-40k+ on an osteotomy that's used to correct skeletal deficiencies when implants would be far better for you

30-40k? Idk where you get these numbers, for bimax only it would have cost me 20k, it was 32k with PEEK supras and infras. That's only about £28ktbh yes. enjoy wasting 30-40k+ on an osteotomy that's used to correct skeletal deficiencies when implants would be far better for you
Photoshop is best, just use liquify toolSubtle but good change. Which software did you use for editing the nose?
tbh yes. enjoy wasting 30-40k+ on an osteotomy that's used to correct skeletal deficiencies when implants would be far better for you
if you're the blonde guy that got infraorbital implants then that was your biggest falio for sure that you've correctedMost people have SOME skeletal deficiency and would benefit from bimax. I was technically recessed before
Idk I had my consult in 2017 but I was seen within 3 weeks of referral. I don't think there are many people in need of a maxilofacial surgeon tbh. At the consult there were like 8+ student doctors that were looking at me taking notes so that was brutal. There was also a korean plastic surgeon consultant that was taking PSL-tier ratios and dimensions of my face while asking me if I had any other aesthetic concerns (hinting at my subhumanity). People on this site that say they don't take aesthetics into account and only treat people with health issues are talking out their ass.what was the outcome of your consult? Also aren't lead times to see an ETN over a year post pandemic? Honestly NHS is a sham give us private healthcare that works already
I didn't see his scan, I was assuming he was like 99% of the website and mentally illHe clearly was recessed before and benefited from bimax. He did not have a birdcel tier recession, but only implants without bimax would have been a retarded move for him. Have you seen his jaw CBCT scan? You are legit retarded if you think jaw implants without bimax would have been a better solution for him (or anyone else who is recessed).

I do have AXA health insurance but I've never tried it with that. I didn't end up going through with it because my teeth were dirty at the time and they said I needed to clean them, they suggested I get maxillary advancement and a genio to correct chin asymmetry (a purely cosmetic surgery) all of which would've been paid for by the taxpayer. I'm a mong for not following up, but I was depressed out of my nut and suicidal at the time. I'm assuming nothing has changed in terms of their criteria for surgical candidates so I could probably get it again, as for current wait times I'm not sure, but it probably hasn't changed much afaik.

Probably almost no risk if you tell them to only remove a very very small amount. Its a pity its like 6k for a milimiter of bone removal tho.not worth getting botched imo, i kinda like my nose and I was only considering it because its objectively a 'failo'
not worth 6k, id rather do it myselfProbably almost no risk if you tell them to only remove a very very small amount. Its a pity its like 6k for a milimiter of bone removal tho.
a free app 'Surgerysimulator'Subtle but good change. Which software did you use for editing the nose?
Best plan for someone similar to this but who also has a narrow palate, mandible and shit gonions? While I do agree with your suspicions (plenty of retards here), he actually is pretty smart:

My infraorbital and supraorbital design + bimax plan.
Trimax + Infras + Supras Implants were designed by @RealSurgerymax I don't know why I'm even posting on this shithole forum but there you go. SURGERY DATE: March 25 I will be answering your questionslooksmax.org

Dude had mogger gonions, jaw and chin width, but a class 2 malocclusion and a recessed chin (wide and square but lacking height and projection), so he got bimax, genio and giga blackpilled periorbital implants that gave him compact, square orbits and high set cheekbones. Best possible plan for his situation.
Did you get implants to bring nose forward too or does lefort 1 help with that a bit?modified lefort 3 is a meme, it doesn't bring nose forward. Lefort 1 with custom implants has made lefort 3 redundant

Too many failos?
that was purely from lefort 1, implants are much higher upDid you get implants to bring nose forward too or does lefort 1 help with that a bit?
Those are my orbits, how much do you think both supras+infras will improve me ?I thought this might be interesting to some of you.
