2days on 1 day off and make it flexible enough and you won’t even get diabetes, just increased insulin resistance at most. Don’t take it, it’s a shit drug.

Yeah 100% good for both of these things but if you’re looking for bone growth (what I was looking for) or height, HGH is the better option or add in CJC to make Mk more effective.
