There are many people currently dealing with issues involving Giant Implants. The reason more people do not speak publicly is simple. Most of us still want the surgery and what we paid for. That makes it difficult to come forward without risking delays or complications.

With that being said, everything shared here is based on public things Liam (giant implants) has said.

This will not be a one-off post.

This is part of a multi-thread series covering different issues, including:

Now, let’s get into the timelines — one of the biggest issues.​

Over time, multiple surgery timelines have been given, both publicly and in private DMs.

Here are the actual ranges and dates that have been stated:

Conclusion​

If you are considering working with Giant Implants, assume the timeline you are being told is not reliable.

Based on the documented statements shown above, timelines have been repeatedly pushed back over the course of months, with no consistency. Keep in mind this is all the stuff he has said PUBLICLY. You would not believe all the lies he has said privately to all of us.

At minimum, you should:

• Assume any timeline he says is a lie
• Expect delays beyond what is promised
• Be aware that what you are told may change multiple times and get delayed multiple years

There are multiple people behind this account, there are 15+ people with this same issue, assuming the average cost between consultation fees, design fees and production fees that we have paid to liam are around 8,000 USD on average that would be $120,000 this does NOT include the surgery fees, assuming the average surgery is $40,000 total that would be $600,000 on top of the $120,000 he partners with these surgeons so he also gets a kickback of that money without a doubt.

Some cases are more expensive and complicated compared to others so all together, if everyone has paid the fully surgery amount, which some have and some have not my guess is it would be in the $500,000 - $900,000 range for all of us. The thing is, there are so many more people reaching out and we have only came together recently because of how long its been.

I have not asked every member individually so take these numbers with a grain of salt.

On top of that everyone one in the group has suffered because of these lies, we have pushed things off in our personal lives expecting the surgery dates that were provided to us by giant implants

Im going to make social media accounts too until liam realizes his reputation is going to get ruined for lying to us and he needs to actually make some efforts to do what we paid him to do.

His reputation is already ruined and people are still paying for consultations. There is really not an alternative for him. Trusting some shitty implant designer your surgeon works with, is too much of a gamble as well. does that implant designer even understand what makes a male face attractive? With giant at least you can be sure that he knows and will try to make it happen even if it doesn't workout every time.

The only way to actually ruin him is to have a better alternative.

I think he just refuses to give up control to anyone else. He wants to be the sole leader of the whole thing and would never actually employ a real manager. He would rather employ some support staff and that's it. Not to mention he is way too paranoid about someone stealing his work lol.

I think he has made enough for him to be comfortable and the money doesn't excite him no more.

He is living in Thailand so he is living like a king over there. He doesn't need that many patients to sustain his lavish lifestyle.

The market for blackpilled surgeons is pretty much untapped, this dude had a USP that could've been monopolised but no, he didn't want to maximise his potential.

This is a really, really lucrative opportunity for any cosmetic surgeon who wants to go into this space right now, granted that they go through with promises unlike Liam.

If I was a surgeon or implants designer, I would 10000% step into this space and practically get rich overnight. Oh well, it is what it is.

Not only does he miss deadlines, he keeps adding more clients to the current batch while there are patients waiting over a year for surgery. This indicates that the batch will be delayed indefinitely and there is nothing indicating the opposite (refuses to show proof of production, misses every deadline, refuses to leave Thailand). Combined with the fact that his public opinion is that it's "obvious" he isn't scamming when it's not even remotely obvious, and he just looks like a scammer. Trusting some shitty implant designer your surgeon works with, is too much of a gamble as well. does that implant designer even understand what makes a male face attractive? People actually still have their video consultations happening. I know someone personally who video called with giant 2 weeks ago. He may be just trying to collect more money but its not clear at this point.

He is living in Thailand so he is living like a king over there. He doesn't need that many patients to sustain his lavish lifestyle.

Conclusion​

If you are considering working with Giant Implants, assume the timeline you are being told is not reliable.

Based on the documented statements shown above, timelines have been repeatedly pushed back over the course of months, with no consistency. Keep in mind this is all the stuff he has said PUBLICLY. You would not believe all the lies he has said privately to all of us.

At minimum, you should:

• Assume any timeline he says is a lie
• Expect delays beyond what is promised
• Be aware that what you are told may change multiple times and get delayed multiple years

This is not the full picture.
