I’m not a big sweater, but i need to sweat out as much as i can to debloat. What’s the most optimal cardio-heavy hiit workout?

It is not. Cardio helps reduce facial bloating by improving circulation and stimulating the lymphatic system to remove excess fluids. As well as the sweating reduces water retention, which further aids in decreasing puffiness.
