mouth widening appliance

i currently have this 7cm 3D printed mouth widening appliance (design from here: https://looksmax.org/threads/mouth-widening-appliances.133623/)
i was wondering if this will make my mouth wider or if it is cope?
and will it cause jowls, mess with my philtrum or something?

idk bc ive used it for a while maybe my lips are used to the stretching now

If your mouth is gonna widen of course your lips are going to, but if it’s hurting to a point i’d recommend a smaller size for the time being

it doesnt rly hurt rn, when should i increase the size of it?

Whenever you stop seeing results, you should be aiming for 1-2mm of expansion weekly so you should size up about every 6 weeks
