I started at 20 a few months after noticing thinning on the temples, but I was taking meme tier low doses of fin for over 1.5 years, so started properly at 21

Fortunately I'm not too far gone, but miniaturisation is clearly visible. Minoxidil could work (hopefully I'm a responder), but I'm probably giving dut + RU a year first

Probably averaged like 0.25 mg every 3 days. I also took like a 2 month break because I convinced myself I wasn't balding and I wanted muh beard development

First one was 1000 ( temples)
2nd was 2000 ( crown )
3rd one which I never planned to do, it was during COVID I had some spare cash and thought I'd ike another 1000 on the temples so just did it.

It's not nw1 more like Nw1.5/2. Density is fine, for a HT it's never gonna be as good as natural hair density no matter how much money you spend.
I dye my hair platinum blonde so you can't tell anyway, would be more noticeable if it was dark.

Did you try minoxidil first and have any progress?

I was on rogain foam for like 3 years before I ever got a transplant and it didn't do anything.
Only oral minox works for me

And u can take 0.5 mg of fin, or even 0.25 and basically same as 1 mg

Dut is better if you're balding, but at a young age for prevention fin will work
