My calorie deficit

I’ve been on a calorie deficit for a month, but only lost 3kgs. I am travelling in 2 weeks and would like to lose at least 3-4kgs more? At what point does the calorie deficit get too low?

If you’re fat then I might suggest a few days water fast

If you’re lean then I might suggest a few days of long cardio on slight deficit

Lots of different variations but will depend on your physique

I am skinny fat, i just need to lose like 5kgs more to be considered skinny. I understand it’s too much to lose that in only two weeks, but I’d like to lose as much as possible. I am currently eating 1400 cals a day
