Breakfast: bagel with omelette = approx 500 kcal
Lunch: bagel with omelette (jfl) = approx 500 kcal
Dinner: chicken breast with tomatoes & lettuce = approx 800 kcal
Right now : green apple = 100 kcal

lots of water and two cups of coffee

daily steps : at least 10 k = -300 kcal
daily workout: pull ups and dead hangs = -20 kcal (jfl)

920 kcal deficit and dont feel even hungry jfl

Nah most vegetables are filler. Fruits are if you want something sweet but youre leanmaxxing. Im naturally only drawn to meat and carb-rich foods
