This thread has everything you need to improve yourself surgically, I also linked my hair and body transformation.

I underwent double jaw surgery, genioplasty, rhinoplasty, custom infraorbital malar implants and custom jaw implants in Italy with Dr Ramieri and Dr Marianetti.
