My Lower Third Training Routine

I’m focusing on my chest at the moment, doing a lots of pull overs and decline bench presses

2x a week this:

Neck curls are fine but neck extensions are gonna make your neck disappear in no time. It’s better to do body weight neck turns and side neck curls and grow the sternocléidomastoïds than the upper traps

I don’t do direct trap work anymore, so I think some neck extensions are fine, I don’t use weights on them anymore either. Overall I go for lots of reps instead of resistance
I also do neck turns now

Yes I need to leanmax but it’s will take me forever to get this lean probably a whole 12 months
You can be ready for the next warm season and its worth it, once you get lean it’s easy to keep it, your metabolism gets a lot better (better insulin sensitivity and more testosterone)

You only need to lose your fat once then just maintain

Life begins below 30” waist

I am in senior year of high school, this year is a wash I need to get as shredded as I can for first year of university so I can slay in uni

I have 12 months to ascend my body and face

Side sleeping is the absolute best sleep position

  • Back sleeping can lead to the tongue falling back into the throat (sleep apnea)
  • Back sleeping leads to sleep paralysis
  • Stomach sleeping leads to unsymmetrical jaws
  • Stomach sleeping causes sleep apnea because the jaws can’t close
  • Side sleeping is king

I buy a 25 piece pac of sugarfree Orbit, chew it a bit then put it into the fridge overnight to harden. Then I chew it for around a week then throw it away and get a new one

  • Correct swallowing technique
  • Always nosebreathing
  • Always sleeping on my back

4. Nutrition
+ don’t forget to supplement lost electrolytes back

  • I don’t salt my food, I rely on the naturally occuring amount in my food
    To minimise water retention by lowering sodium intake

How’s it looking now? Could you provi some recent pics?
 
I got a couple questions if I just keep chewing will my masseter muscles grow too much and ruin my harmony and also should I just stop as expert level jawliner to stop too much growth thanks in advance @Prettyboy
