I don't think you'd pass as a 23 year old though, but I can't really put my finger on why. I think your face just doesn't give a "23 yo" vibe, but i'm sure i'd have thought the same if I looked at a photo in which you were 23. Some people just look like they're 30ish even when they're 20.

The tret and fin are working. You definitely don't look 31, I would guess 25 if I had to guess. I can see why you get away with 23 (just a slightly older looking 23) have you always had your beard density like that? You might be right on that being a big factor.
