im 15 almost 16 and i cant get any orthodontics until 18 my palate and jaw are so fucking narrow if i try to be with proper tongue posture 24/7 it hurts my teeth slightly is there any way to fix it im probably cooked since im tanner stage 4.2 so my sutures are likely closed (if somebody says thumbpulling or peptides i wanna tell you ur stupid)
