This Guide Is Aimed at Sub-5s

Only train shoulders, neck, arms, lats, and upper traps.

In order of importance (most important to least important):
  1. Shoulders
  2. Arms
  3. Neck
  4. Lats
  5. Upper Traps
Sample Split (recommended):
  1. Sunday — Shoulders + Forearms
  2. Monday — Triceps + Neck
  3. Tuesday — Shoulders + Lats
  4. Wednesday — Biceps + Neck
  5. Thursday — Shoulders + Forearms
  6. Friday — Biceps + Triceps
  7. Saturday — Lats + Upper Traps

Not training legs will prove detriment to all the upper body muscles, as blood stimulates around the other muscles and aids them.

Also incredibly stupid and dumb to have a big frame, chest, arms etc and no back

Even dudes with beach bodies that focus emphasis more on chest and shoulders have at least reasonable backs

Doesn’t matter if you can’t see it. This thread is a gymcel guide for sub-5 males. They don’t walk around shirtless on beaches showing off their sexy bodies to women. Sub-5s can’t be hot. When it comes to gymceling, they should focus on getting a body that looks as big and as wide as possible with clothes on. It’s the key that they’re fully clothed. Ain’t worth it to train what ain’t visible. Don’t train abs. Put the majority of your training in the muscle groups that add to apparent frame width. It depends on where a man lives, but he’s probably also wearing pants most of the year. Why train legs if you got trousers on? Training legs, when you know you’ll just be going to work in a pair of slacks, is epically stupid.

Legs are also very important for flexibility if you don't work them out you will regret it later on in life when you are older and less flexible and your joints will hurt a lot

Why would you waste your money and you don't even know what's the side effects of injecting random t that your body is not used to, Why not go natural and regulate your T levels normally and don't be a fucking freak and always go for the easiest route, You are better off having a good diet with a lot of protein and doing workout overload on your legs then injecting t and only working out select muscle groups your body will also be off balance since most of your mass is centered on your shoulder's, chest and back

You are a retard, Legs help you in fights and big strong legs are seen as intimidating you can push someone off of you easier and get up faster in a fight, In any situation having strong flexible legs beats having insane upper body strength when fighting doesn't even matter about how much muscle you put on only your height and weight class and how much you train, You can look threatening but when it comes down to a fight and that guy puts you on the ground you will have a hard time getting up with those weak legs

Lmao good advice on what muscles are more important psl wise, but you should always do push pull legs. The more muscle mass you have, the easier it is to have low body fat. Being wide as fuck, having a yoked neck and forearms are the goals though

Skipping bodyparts, and then doubling the volume you do for your delts, traps, and lats isnt going to make you grow faster.

Theres a limit to how fast a bodypart can grow and once you give it just enough stimulus, doing more adds very little or even worse gets you less from overtraining. So you might as well equally hit everything especially if youre hitting the gym 7x week like your dumbass is. Why the fuck would you waste the time to drive to the gym just to hit triceps and neck
