There's even the physics argument that proves determinism on a molecular level: all of the particles that make up our body have been following one long chain reaction since the big bang. If we know the current state of every particle (speed, direction, and the forces acting upon it) at any given moment in time, we can predict exactly what will happen next. This is known as Laplace's Demon. How can we exert our will, if all the matter in the universe is arranged in a such a fashion that is simply a result of its previous state?

Our will was already determined to begin with. The current arrangement of the molecules in our brains is the result of the of the molecular collisions and reactions that already occurred. The future arrangement of those molecules will be determined by the collisions and reactions that are occurring and will occur.

Denying the existence of free will is the best way to trigger a normie. They've been programmed from birth to think everyone has a choice. Our entire society is based around the assumption that people have the agency to make the moral choice. Break the law, you deserve to be punished. Break social norms, you deserve to be shamed. She also looked at me one time in disgust like I had killed her family. I hadn't ushered a single word to her... said nothing to provoke her. The rest of the time she pretended like I didn't exist.

She also looked a 3/10 at best seriously. Literally looked like Minecraft Steve with her square tranny jaw. She was caked in layers of fakeup and had the audacity to call others out for their appearance. So I went to check some of her social profiles out of curiosity. What do I stumble upon? A virtue-signalling post about mental health, lockdown and treating others right. You couldn't make this shit up if you tried...

I'm not trying to discredit you,(esp becuase that it your formal education) but you can to an extent change your outcomes. You cannot increase your intelligence of course but you can work towards more mental sharpness (think about brain-derived neurotrophic factor during fasting).

You are ADHD ? Modern day drugs like ritalin increase your attention span.
What about getting fat? You can control your food intake and that has a direct impact on your metabolism(type 2 diabetes wasn't a thing in the past).

I know biology is hell more complicated and some people can have a disordered circadian rhythm genetically, but modern times are more stimulating (esp during nights with television/laptop/smartphones and for a normal man regulating it requires some effort, but it is doable.

I know biology is hell more complicated and some people can have a disordered circadian rhythm genetically, but modern times are more stimulating (esp during nights with television/laptop/smartphones and for a normal man regulating it requires some effort, but it is doable.


It's the same with jaws development , if your parents have good jaws you are more likely to develop good jaws. But constant mouthbreathing can make them worse (as a kid of course you probably don't have a clue and knowledge about it), but you get the point nature vs nurture....

definitely, we can influence our outcome and if you have an iron will (which is something you can develop if you don't already have), as well as the knowledge required to change your habits efficiently while minimizing stress and exhaustion, I believe you could literally achieve anything. Especially with all the modern tools we have at our disposal. But even your will itself, that is, the goal you think is worth achieving, is determined by external forces.
