Not sure if this applies, but how do you set up an orthodontic surgery or appointment, and how long does it take

bsso n genio

submental plane lift

This is probably the way to go. BSSO + genioplasty (vertical/downgraft ?) + neck lift.
If his nose doesn't allow proper breathing, depending on the type of issue, he might need a complementary septoplasty /septorhinoplasty / palate expander / segmental LF1.

How do I achieve this ?
You can't. Those are not realistic morphs.
Here's a closer rendition of what you might achieve with a BSSO, genioplasty, and neck lift :

Here's the same as above + cartilage graft to the tip and radix in order to achieve a straight nose :

A third and final morph, including all the above + depigmented or fuller periorbital area. This could be achieved with a specific laser treatment, fat grafting, or infraorbital implant ; only one of them, or a combination of them. You'll have to consult with oculoplastic surgeons to shed some light on the matter.

Keep in mind that sideprofilemaxxing is partially cope. One doesn't need an ideal side profile to be regarded as good-looking. Front profile matters more, so focus on that instead.

To illustrate my point, here are the side profiles of successful international models :

As you can see, it ranges from mild lack of forward growth to downright extreme retrusion. Yet, they make a living out of their looks, because they look good from the front. If that works for professional models, why wouldn't it work for you ?

I don’t think ur orbital vector is negative
Oh cmon, the dude has the worst infras you could have. This is the most negative orbital vector you could pretty much have.

And yes you would benefit from DJS hands down.

Idk if it is the same case for the OP, but for me I've been so insecure about my side profile my whole life. Idgaf if it will benefit my front a lot (though it probably will), I just want to get rid of that insecurity and be confident in my side profile.

Im getting a lefort

What would be the highest I could ascend ? Like would I steal reach HTN ?

I remember when .org used to commonly have threads about actual surgeries. Now it's devolved into "how to book a doctor's appointment". Total dumpster fire of site now.
