The Truth about NUCLEUS OVERLOAD
Have you ever seen those jacked construction workers or farmers that have never ever even touched a barbell but look twice bigger than Arnold without the need to juice? Those huge loaded up traps and wide frames. The exercise isn't called "farmer carry" for no reason.
Why exactly does that happen?
MUSCLE GROWTH MECHANISMS
First, we have to understand how does the muscle grow.
Growth of any tissue happens through either HYPERTROPHY or HYPERPLASIA, the 1st being growth of cells, and the latter being the increase of the number of cells.
so it works with MUSCLE, but when you just train its mostly HYPERTROPHY (unless you juice).
In theory, if we were to reach HYPERPLASIA, the increased amount of cells/fibers would give better results with regular training, since there are MORE cells to affect HYPERTROPHICALLY.
But how exactly do muscle cells MULTIPLY?
First, we have to understand how does the muscle grow.

As one may notice, the number of MuSC and MYONUCLEI increased greatly in accordance with study 1.
The training method is EFFECTIVE.

13 healthy adults (average age ~24) performed two 5-day blocks of blood-flow restricted resistance exercise (BFFRE), 7 sessions per block, with 10 days rest between blocks. In the first block: MuSC number increased, but muscle fibre cross-sectional area (size) actually decreased. After the second block: MuSC number (~+147%) and MYONUCLEI (~+30%) count increased substantially.
As one may notice, the number of MuSC and MYONUCLEI increased greatly in accordance with study 1.
The training method is EFFECTIVE.
For training to achieve HYPERPLASIA, choose 1-3 muscle groups to train daily/6 days a week, 5 sets a day with ONLY 30 seconds in-between sets.
Do NOT try this technique on LEGS, TRAPS, or use taxing exercises.
IF YOU EVER FEEL IMMENSE PAIN, TAKE A REST DAY.
After ~4 weeks of NUCLEUS OVERLOAD, take a 10 day break for the targetted muscles. Do not stop training entirely. Post-break train as normal.
Do NOT try this technique on LEGS, TRAPS, or use taxing exercises.
