The Truth about NUCLEUS OVERLOAD
Have you ever seen those jacked construction workers or farmers that have never ever even touched a barbell but look twice bigger than Arnold without the need to juice? Those huge loaded up traps and wide frames. The exercise isn't called "farmer carry" for no reason.
Why exactly does that happen?


MUSCLE GROWTH MECHANISMS
First, we have to understand how does the muscle grow.
Growth of any tissue happens through either HYPERTROPHY or HYPERPLASIA, the 1st being growth of cells, and the latter being the increase of the number of cells.
so it works with MUSCLE, but when you just train its mostly HYPERTROPHY (unless you juice).

IF YOU EVER FEEL IMMENSE PAIN, TAKE A REST DAY.
After ~4 weeks of NUCLEUS OVERLOAD, take a 10 day break for the targetted muscles. Do not stop training entirely. Post-break train as normal.

i dnr sets and shit, i just literally aim to get 5 or more reps on each exercise, repeat it constantly till im bored of it and work out till im fucking sore as fuck and if im not sore enough i go back for round 2 :lul::lul::lul::lul: got me like 7lbs of lean muscle mass in 2 and a half week, all be it im running ostarine too.

I dont track shit my mind would overload and it wouldnt be fun, lift heavy, doesnt have to be exact perfect form, but not to where ur literally swinging weights around like a retard. 5 reps minimum. Listen to music and just spam repeat that exercise till sore.

High frequency training is my favorite.. I love sweating blood and tears during my gym sessions.

I probably won't be trying this theory, but i checked out the studies and it seems legit. Probably won't have such insane effects as you hype them up them to be, but will still be decent. :feelsautistic:

Team3DAlpha has great info on this training method, its insane it blew up my shoulders to the point i get compliments for how much i grew

it might work i was doing 100 reps of very light weight on lat raises everyday for a few months and my delts grew a ton to the point where my front delts look under developped good thread
