NW0 in the medical term doesnt even exist, most people just have NW1 even the ones you scream have NW0 most of the time are NW1s jfl.

An actual NW0 (basically nw1 with low hairline) looks like this, which will look fckn strange irl especially on a adult

NW1>NW0. NW0 doesnt have an indent at the sides. its very rare to have NW0 and only ethnics have it so they look subhuman either way. NW1,white with no balding in your family is ideal
