I had literally the complete opposite experience. At 6ft I felt like I was taller than almost all men, especially in Queens, but even in Manhattan too. The only times I got clearly mogged were foreign tourists from Germany or some shit. Men in Miami are legitimately taller than NYC for comparison. In Queens the average male height must have been like 5'6, but it has a high immigrant population.
