I love the first pic :lul:

gained around 9kg, 4kg muscle (rest is mostly water from creatine and approximately 1kg fat)

just felt like posting my progress while on 3000 kcal / day

hopping on hgh next month, will post progress and results 🫔

probably noobie gains

but was doing fullbody every day until i was tired (one day rest a week approx) - now ive realized this split is not optimal

this was my daily workout for 1-2 sets

I added other exercises afterwards, like dumbell pushups and some other stuff
